Phillip Weidemann - Secretary
I'm married to Karen and have two happily married daughters and two grandsons. I have over 30 years’ experience in pastoral and counselling work. My life has been defined by a difficult childhood, the life and death of my severely disabled son and a lot of miracles along the way. I'm involved in Project114 because of my personal experience in trauma healing, psychology, and strategic thinking and leadership insight; if my experience and gifting in these areas can be a encouragement to those who suffer daily, then that will be enough for me.

Mark Hingston - Chairman of the Board
I’m married to Liza, with four adult children and seven grandkids – now retired. I have worked in the international trade arena for most of my life, both in service and product delivery. This has led to living and working in the USA, UK and various states of Australia. I held a variety of senior management rolls throughout this time. Additionally, I was a partner in an Australian business and launched another company in the USA.
I have been actively involved in many leadership rolls from small business to large organisations and churches, serving on national boards as well as Chairman in one organisation for over a decade. My work and ministry life has resulted in me engaging comfortably with people cross culturally, both personally and in my leaderships rolls. The arena of mental heath care and trauma recovery is a much needed service. So, Project114 matched my heart on retirement - Wanting to be a part of something that makes the biggest impact in my remaining years.

Corne' Esterhuysen - Board Member
I am a rural and remote specialist in medicine, working in a busy Emergency Department. I have the privilege to be part of death, pain , suffering , heartache and miraculous recovery daily. I support Project114 because of the personal outreach to individuals in their journey through trauma and crisis. The fact that we get to support people in some of the worlds hardest places is very important to me.
