Allison Rattray - Chief Operations Officer

Melodie Stoligrosz Lead Team Member

I have served in ministry for over 30 years, both in para-ministry and the church. My passion is assisting ministries to further develop a “business mind” with a “ministry heart” to serve their community in ways that glorify the Lord and impact the kingdom.

Prior to joining the team at Project 114, I spent several years coaching faith-based non-profits, in South Florida, as well as nationally.  My work and ministry, has allowed me to serve with the National Christian Foundation South Florida, as the Director of Ministry Services and for Calvary Chapel Fort Lauderdale, as an executive assistant, to the CEO.

My husband Michael and I are the proud parents of our daughter Jodi, our son in-law Nick, and incredible grandson’s, Steven and Christian, and nothing gives us more joy.

Iryna has a Masters Degree in Linguistics and is also studying for a degree in pastoral care. With her experience managing ministry teams and her passion for the gospel, Iryna is dedicated to seeing the global church find hope and healing.

In 2002, I moved my family to The Sunshine Coast to join the Management team of Christian Vision CV. CV now works in over 100 counties Globally. I am a Board Member of CV Asia Pacific as well as The Australian Peak Media Body called Christian Media Arts Australia and Salt FM on the Sunshine Coast.
